No Matter how our lives may twist, turn and overlap, they all fit together as part of a magnificent whole.
No beginning. No end. Just one of God's creations.

Service

These ministries are ones provide services to different parts of our parish and community.

Social Justice Team Members meet monthly in the Parish Center to discuss Catholic Social teaching. They organize a coat and blanket drive each year and assist in coordinating our parish as a host site for the Phoenix Housing Network program.

Altar Society is a group of women who support the Parish by providing funeral receptions. Women of all ages are invited to participate in their monthly meetings.

St. Vincent de Paul Society serves the poor and needy of our community by providing food and clothing vouchers, and by helping with rent and utility needs. They take requests for assistance by phone at the Parish Center between 10:00 a.m. and noon on Tuesdays and Thursdays of each week. A collection is taken up after Mass on the first Sunday of the month to support this ministry.

Welcoming Team members welcome newcomers to the Church on the first Sunday of each month in the Church Gathering Space, where they provide registration forms to those who wish to become Parishioners and answer questions about St. Patrick’s Parish community.

The Sister Parish Team promotes a spiritual and cultural exchange with parishioners of St. Wenceslaus Parish in Bogota, Colombia. Letters and photos are exchanged, as well as information on our parish life, ministries and liturgical celebrations. The Sister Parish team sets up a display in the Church Gathering Space when new items are received from our Sister Parish.

Eucharistic Ministers to the Sick and Shut-ins bring Communion on a regular basis to those who are unable to attend Mass. The visits are arranged at a time convenient for both the person being served and the Eucharistic minister.

Legion of Mary members visit all St. Patrick’s Parishioners who are confined to their apartments or homes or who are living in nursing homes. They meet weekly in the Parish Hall for prayer and discussion.

Grief Ministry/Bereavement Team offers spiritual support to people in various stages of grieving. On November 2nd, All Souls Day, a Mass and reception are held for families in remembrance of the deceased. During the year, the Grief Support Group has gatherings and workshops to help in the grieving process.
