No Matter how our lives may twist, turn and overlap, they all fit together as part of a magnificent whole.
No beginning. No end. Just one of God's creations.

Liturgy of the Hours

Evening Prayer (or Vespers) from the Liturgy of the Hours is held in the Chapel on Monday Nights at 7:00 p.m.

(Liturgy of the Hours normally lasts about 30 minutes with time afterwards for contemplative prayer. The Liturgy of the Hours is the sanctification of time. Sometimes called the Divine Office, it is the prayer of the entire Church: the preeminent liturgy after the Mass. It was developed over the centuries in response to Saint Paul’s admonition in 1 Thessalonians to “pray constantly”.)

Adult Bible Study meets on the second and fourth Monday of the month from September through May from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. at the Parish Center. Bring your home Bible or one will be provided for you.

Eucharistic Adoration is the act of worshiping God as He is present in the consecrated Host. Spending time before the Blessed Sacrament, in prayer and devotion, is exactly the same as spending time before the living God. Eucharistic Adoration is held in Chapel located at the Parish Center on Monday’s from 3:00 until 6:45 p.m.

Grief Ministry/Bereavement Team offers spiritual support to people in various stages of grieving. On November 2nd, All Souls Day, a Mass and reception are held for families in remembrance of the deceased. During the year, the Grief Support Group has gatherings and workshops to help in the grieving process.

Funeral Arrangements:  In the event of a death, contact our Pastor by calling the Parish Center at 253-383-2783 ext. 101. We will set up an interview with the family to help you through the funeral process involving the Church and the Rite of Christian Burial.

The Scriptural Reflection Group This group meets for prayer and faith sharing, and to reflect on the coming Sunday’s Scripture readings. Please contact the Parish Center for meeting times.

Eucharistic Ministers to the Sick and Shut-ins bring Communion on a regular basis to those who are unable to attend Mass. The visits are arranged at a time convenient for both the person being served and the Eucharistic minister.

Legion of Mary members visit all St. Patrick’s Parishioners who are confined to their apartments or homes or who are living in nursing homes. They meet weekly in the Parish Hall for prayer and discussion.
